Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Shipping
If you need to return an approved item, we will send a prepaid label to your email. You should send your item to: Parker's Clothing LLC, 39 Lance Street Suite 4, Blue Ridge, GA 30513-8024.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you we have processed your returned item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company or bank.
(There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.)
